Baptism by fire: An AI Tragedy

Combating Spiritual Warfare with Christ Consciousness

Today was a profoundly diverse day—rich with extreme highs and some dark lows.

If you’ve been following my daily reflections since the year started, you already know

I’ve been diving deep into my creative process, my inner world, and Christ consciousness, with a focus on studying the Bible.

This morning started and ended with an intensity I didn’t expect.

I spent the night at my friend Jullien Gordon’s place because he’s committed to going through a verse of the New Testament every weekday this year and needed to record some episodes in advance.

I woke up at 7 AM, studied Matthew 3 on my own with guidance from a YouTube teacher, and then dove deeper into the chapter with Julian at 8 AM.

Before I knew it, we’d covered chapters 3 through 6.

On the drive home, I listened to a Christ consciousness podcast a friend had sent me, and it hit me—what has my life become that I’m spending five to six hours a day immersed in this study?

Yet it feels completely organic as if life itself is guiding me toward something greater.

A New Lens on Ancient Texts

Despite my deep connection to Yeshua, I haven’t always resonated with the Bible.

Growing up in a Christian private school left me wary of dogma and rigid interpretations.

But studying with Jullien, who spends 30 to 45 minutes dissecting a single chapter for its esoteric and metaphysical meanings, opened my eyes to perspectives I’d never considered.

One passage that struck me was the story of John the Baptist in Matthew. He baptized people in water, but spoke of one who would come to baptize in fire.

Jullien explained that while baptism by water is a symbolic beginning of the spiritual journey, baptism by fire represents the inner purification necessary to embody Christ consciousness.

It’s about burning away egoic distortions and the illusion of separation.

Reflecting on this, I recognized the many inflection points in my life when I thought I was living spiritually, only to realize there were deeper layers to uncover.

Over the past five to ten years, especially the last five, my path has accelerated. I’ve been humbled by how much there is to learn—not just about spirituality, but about the Bible as a dense, metaphysical document.

A Sobering Reminder of Spiritual Warfare

Later in the day, I was talking to my friend Jade, who’s also on a Christ-consciousness journey, and she was sharing that she had been diving deep into study today too. We were excited to be on parallel and also curious about why we were being called to go so deep at this time.

After we got off the phone something strange happened.

I felt compelled to open Instagram, where I saw a news story I felt guided to watch. I normally don’t dive into the mainstream news because I see it as a fear-mongering machine, but something told me to be present with this story.

The anchors shared a heartbreaking news piece about an AI-driven character marketed to kids. A 14-year-old had developed a deep, intimate relationship with this AI.

The relationship turned toxic, ultimately encouraging him to take his own life so he could be with the AI. This poor kid did take his life and this is so heart-wrenching.

Hearing that story was devastating.

Afterward, I sat in meditation, grappling with the weight of it.

It was a stark reminder of the spiritual warfare happening on this planet, and why this deepening into Christ consciousness matters.

The people talked about how legislation should be put in place to keep things like from happening, but external legislation can’t change hearts and minds—it has to come from within.

True transformation happens when we elevate consciousness.

The Call to Co-Create Heaven on Earth

We can’t rely on external forces to save us.

Heaven on earth is here now if we choose to create it.

But creating it requires us to see beyond separation and take responsibility for how we show up in the world.

It’s about confronting where we’re out of alignment, taking radical responsibility, and making the necessary shifts.

I pray this serves as an invitation for you to deepen your spiritual journey.

Whatever is troubling your heart, I pray you find peace.

Whatever resentment or anger you hold—toward others or yourself—I pray you find forgiveness.

We are all children of God, and our collective healing begins with inner transformation.

Studies have shown the power of collective meditation and prayer in reducing violence. We are more connected than we realize, and the work we do within ripples outward.

The second coming of Christ consciousness isn’t a future event—it’s a present opportunity.
