Love is the only thing that’s real.

That’s something we need to remember now more than ever.

And you can’t give something you don’t have, so this is your invitation to love on yourself, fill your cup, and then give from the overflow.

I made a song to help you do just that.

Divisive narratives have become the norm and it’s up to us to take Gandhi’s words to heart and be the change we want to see in the world.

The world is undergoing a massive elevation in consciousness and every outdated societal structure is crumbling.

The upheaval and continual change in modern society can push us into a state of overwhelm if we don’t have a strong relationship with our inner being.

A healthy relationship with the Self is how we center ourselves when the world outside of us feels out of control.

It’s a simple truth that the only thing you can control is your choices of what to invest attention and energy into, and how you react to things.

Even though we are being invited to emotionally, energetically, and spiritually evolve during this time in human history, that doesn't mean the growth process has to be heavy all the time.

I steward the Dharma Glow community and we’re all about making spiritually fun.

We host The Glow Up, an all-day wellness and music festival, where we guide people through yogic practices: asana, breathwork, sound healing, and meditation, showing people the power of going inward and connecting with your inner self.

This year, the 3-day festival, will take place in Atlanta from October 18th - 20th.

The line-up will feature Londrelle, Toni Jones, Ebonee Davis, Tone Levels, Kevin Walton, and Lisa Borders.

We will begin each day with intentional movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and dancing. And we will follow these activities with time for people to connect and eat delicious plant-based food.

We will close the days with high vibrational conscious music, storytelling, and poetry.

The vibes will be profoundly healing and very fun, so we hope you’ll join us and fill up your cup of self-love.
